How do I choose my size?
Compare your measurements with the size chart shown on the product page. When you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
What material are the pajamas made from?
The exact fibre composition is displayed on each product page and on the garment label. Materials can differ between styles, so check the individual product before ordering.
Is this real silk?
Our product pages clearly state the material used for each style. Products described as satin, silky-soft or silky-feel are not presented as natural silk unless the fibre composition confirms this.
How should I wash my pajamas?
Always follow the garment’s care label. For delicate satin styles, use a gentle wash with similar colours and avoid high heat unless the care label permits it.
When will my order arrive?
Current processing and estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page and during checkout. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will attempt to make the change before fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products should be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. Review our returns policy for the complete conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays the return-shipping cost for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated. Slick & Silky covers the appropriate costs when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. The link will take you to the latest available carrier information.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
