These Terms of Service govern access to and use of slickandsilky.com and purchases made from Slick & Silky.

In these Terms, “Slick & Silky,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You may use the website for lawful personal and shopping purposes.

Size guides contain garment or body measurements as identified on the relevant product page. Measurements may vary slightly because products are measured manually.

Customers should review the product-specific size guide before ordering because sizing may differ between styles.

Minor differences that do not materially affect the product are not automatically defects. This does not affect your rights when a product is materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming.

4. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

When we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will cancel the affected product and issue a refund.

When a cancelled order has already been charged, we will refund the relevant amount.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

10. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for eligible distance purchases, in addition to any longer voluntary return period offered by Slick & Silky.

11. Legal Guarantee and Product Conformity

Products must conform to the contract and match the description provided at the time of purchase.

When a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, contact support@slickandsilky.com.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Refund

EU consumers receive a minimum two-year legal guarantee for eligible consumer goods.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• Only one discount code may be applied per order
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions may have expiry dates or geographical restrictions
• Free gifts are subject to availability

We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, technical failure or an obvious error.

Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply to products purchased during a promotion or sale.

13. Gift Cards

Where gift cards are offered:

• Gift cards may be used only through authorised Slick & Silky sales channels
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law
• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable
• Expiry conditions, if any, will be displayed before purchase

14. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including the Slick & Silky name, branding, logos, text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs and layout—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

You may save or print information only for personal, non-commercial use.

15. Reviews and User Content

When you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to submit it
• It is accurate and based on a genuine experience
• It does not infringe another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening or misleading
• It does not contain malware or confidential information

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content for operating and promoting Slick & Silky, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, updates, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.

18. Disclaimer

Products are intended for ordinary personal use and should be used according to their description, labels and care instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slick & Silky is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss resulting from use of the website or products.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Wilful misconduct
• Mandatory product liability
• Violations of non-excludable consumer rights

For customers acting in the course of a business, additional limitations may apply as permitted by law.

20. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, epidemics, infrastructure failures or major supply-chain interruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate material delays.

Mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

21. Indemnification

When legally permitted, you agree to compensate Slick & Silky for reasonable losses directly resulting from your deliberate unlawful use of the website or material violation of these Terms.

This section does not apply where it would unfairly restrict consumer rights.

22. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms or use the website unlawfully.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.

23. Severability

When any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

24. No Waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Slick & Silky concerning use of the website and purchases.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version published when the customer placed that order, unless a change is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

When you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

28. Complaints and Disputes

Please contact us before beginning formal proceedings so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• The resolution you are requesting
• Relevant supporting documents or photographs

We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

You may also use any competent consumer dispute-resolution service or court available under applicable law.
